He was predeceased by : his parents, Milton Simon and Bea (Kotel). He is survived by : his wife Arlene Krasnor; his children, Michael Richard and Sharon Rebecca; his daughter-in-law Karen Kessler; his grandsons, Seth and Jason Katz; his great grandchildren, Annie and Ramona; his grandson Barry Katz (Julia Pence); his former life partner Brandon Odze; and also Dr. Steve Katz.
