He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Francis. He is survived by: his wife Julia; his children, Bridget Wertz (Christopher) of Iselin and Patrick Ellsworth (Lindsey) of Colonia; his siblings, Raymond Ellsworth (Beth) of Hopewell and Nancy Maglione (Michael) of Iselin; and his grandchildren, Cadence, Martin, Clarissa, Brendan, Owen and Jayson. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
