He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter L. Howard and Virginia Tina Howard. He is survived by: his wife Milagros (Milly); his children, Walter III, Alexander and Rhonda; his sisters, Barbara, Amenia and Carol; his daughters-in-law, Maritza and Mitzi; and his grandchildren, Hudson, Harlee, Frankie, Latoya, Rasheed and Georgia Maye.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Central Baptist Church (505 Wylie St, Avenel, NJ 07001).
