Claire D. Spicer Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Claire D. Spicer of Woodbury, New Jersey, who passed away on February 20, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Bernard Mann and Eileen Mann; her husband Walter L. Spicer Jr.; and her siblings, Alice Yarborough, Myrtle Kulbacki, Virginia Mann, Jackie, Donald, William, Robert and Kenneth Mann.

She is survived by : her children, Walter III (Melanie) of Woodbury and Debbie Annarelli (John) of O'Fallon, Missouri; her great grandchild Liliana; her uncle Howard Ramer; her aunt Mary Ramer; and her sister-in-law Pat Mann. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews & cousins.

“So sorry to hear about Claire. She is fondly remembered as a good neighbor and solid citizen of the City of Woodbury. She gave many years of service as an election board poll worker in the first ward in her town. We will always remember her warm smile and calm demeanor. Condolences to Walt & Debbie and family.
