He was predeceased by: his parents, Elinor Wright (Reeves) and Joseph Wright; and his brother Richard Wright (Maureen). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn J. (Weber); his children, Jeanne Silvey, J. David Wright II (Jennifer), Elizabeth Wright and Joyce Setser (Tom); his grandchildren, Joshua Cantor (Bria Bostelli), Anna Wright, Jessica Cantor, Lindsey Wright, J. David Wright III and Dean Setser; and his siblings, James Wright (Sharon), Jeffrey Wright (Kristen), Joel and Elin Young (Clint). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Budd Funeral Home (522 Salem Ave, Woodbury, NJ 08096). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
