He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore Ottone and Teresa Ottone (Melilli); and his grandfather Francesco. He is survived by: his wife Giovanna Ottone (Barone); his daughters, Teresa Bartolino (Giovanni), Carmela Ottone and Maria Ottone; his grandchildren, Frank Bartolino (Ilenia), Nadia Bartolino (Giovanni Battaglia) and Bryan Bartolino; and his great grandchildren, Giulia, Giovanni, Salvatore and Miryam. He is also survived by sisters in law and brothers in law as well as many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
