He was predeceased by : his friends, Betty Rodriguez, Sally Hitchner and Barbara Essington; his parents, Eva Johnston and James Johnston; his brothers, James and Arthur (Elizabeth); and his son Bruce.
He is survived by : his wife Thelma; his sons, James and John; his family, James, John and Sandy; his grandchildren, Thomas Still, James Michael, Kelly, Alecia Grova (Vincent), Kari Kille (Patrick), Benjamin and Brett; and his great grandchildren, Cohen, Claire, Brook, Raegan, Owen, Maddix, Rory, Alexander and Madeline.
