He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Rosalie Rubbo, Francis O. Johnston and Marie Johnston. He is survived by: his parents, Daniel J. Johnston and Catherine Johnston (Rubbo); his brother Armand Johnston (Alicia); and his grandfather Armand L. Rubbo. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, extended family members, and close friends.

Viewing will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Adams Funeral Home (64 Broad St, Woodstown, NJ 08098). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Daniel Armand Johnston Trust Fund, which will distribute contributions to several charities that Dan cared deeply about.
