He is survived by: his wife Joan Hale (Hackett); his children, Tom Hale (Gina) of Carlisle, PA, Darlyn Salvatore (Ron) of Elmer, NJ and Dara Hartell (Andy) of Virginia Beach, VA; his grandchildren, David Hale (Rena) of Lakeville, MN, Danielle Betteridge (Andrew) of Carlisle, PA, Drew Hartell (Victoria) of Virginia Beach, VA, Jordan Hartell (Kendra) of Virginia Beach, VA, Nick Salvatore (Hannah) of Gibbstown, NJ and Christa Grouser (Richard) of Pasadena, MD; and his great grandchildren, Nadia, Theo, Norah Hale, Micah, Caleb Betteridge, Russell, Evan Salvatore, Richie Grouser, Riley, Declan, Keira, Brynn Hartell and Joey Gregston.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pittsgrove Baptist Church (368 Daretown Rd, Elmer, NJ 08318). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
