He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Patrick Buggy, Sr. and Cathleen Cecelia Buggy (Quinn). He is survived by : his pets, Jesse, Sunny and Hobo; his wife Gretchen Irene Gilbert-Buggy; his siblings, Joseph P. Buggy, Jr. (Helene) of Pilesgrove and Helen M. Nelson (Jim) of Penn Laird, VA; and his nieces and nephews, Lisa (Michael), Gregory (Jessica), Joshua (Melissa), Jesse (Kori), Joel (Gina), Thomas (Mandi), Jeremy (Katie), Timothy (Laura) and Ryan (Kate). He is also survived by 15 great nieces and nephews.
