He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard Moats and Nettie Arnett Moats; his wife Rose Ann Moats; and his siblings, James Moats and Maxine Jennings.

He is survived by : his children, Craig Moats of Woodstown and Beverly Crackovich (Michael); and his granddaughter Jessica Baker (Brandon). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Thomas' memory to Deerfield United Methodist Church or Bethel Baptist Church.
