He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl Hirschner and Sophie Hirschner; his brother Peter; and his brother-in-law Roger Dubell of Burlington. He is survived by: his wife Diane Caine; his former wife Kuni Van Horn; his stepdaughters, Kristin Schwartz (Robert) of Southampton and Ashley; his grandchildren, Lorenzo Capeles III (Amanda), Lauren Alicea (Bryan), Noel Capeles (Tom), Priscilla Capeles, Alyssa, Anthony Rittwager (Andie), Hannah, James Schwartz and Adrianna; his great grandchildren, Leah Haines, Lorenzo and Michael Capeles; and his sister-in-law Debbie Dubell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
