He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Lownds and Anna Lownds (Rahilly). He is survived by: his cousins, Leonard J. Rahilly, Silvia Field, Donald Rahilly, John R. Rahilly, Marilyn K. Rahilly and Patricia Rahilly Jones (Paul); and his godchildren, Christopher, Ryan and Andrew Conover. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Society, Sacred Heart Parish, Mt. Holly.
