He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Eugene, Roseanne Kocsis and John Apa Jr.; and his grandfathers, Frederick Knott Jr. and Eugene P. Guerino.
He is survived by: his parent Allyson (Fred Knott); his sisters, Abigail and Chelsea; his partner Guiliana Varone; his grandparents, Rhonda Guerino-Chalenor (Steve), Richard Kocsis (Diane) and Gwendolyn Knott; his great-grandparent Doris Apa; and his aunts and uncles, Julia Hilderhoff (Bill), Susan Kramar (Tony), Mary Makrancy (Steve), Robin Hall (Kevin) and Christine Knott. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider donating to your local animal shelter or take a shelter dog for a walk.
