He was predeceased by : his wife Patricia; his son Timothy; his parents, Margaret and John; and his sister Mildred.

He is survived by : his children, John (Paula), Susan (Rich Caputo), Christine and Michael Edney (Janet); and his grandchildren, Taylor Alber, James Spinella, Breanne Bauer (Matt), Cooper and Colton Burns.
