He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter McHugh and Annie McHugh (Goodwin); his brothers, Patrick and Charles McHugh; and his nephews, Johnny and Steven Duffy.
He is survived by: his wife Connie (Tuzeo); his children, Susan Devlin (Donald), Edward McHugh (Tracie) and Erin Schouten (Eric); his grandchildren, Riley Castino, Matthew Devlin (Samantha), Finn McHugh, Derek Schouten, Nicole Devlin, Alexa Schouten and Madden McHugh; his great grandchildren, Tommy Castino, Luke Devlin and Amelia Devlin; and his siblings, Ann Maloney and Peter McHugh. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
