He was predeceased by : his parents, Stamati and Stamatias; his siblings, Tony, Nick, Gus, Despina and Maria; and his son John Zannikos.

He is survived by : his wife June; his daughter Stephanie Gill; his son-in-law Jim Gill of Wyckoff; his son Stephen Zannikos (Elle) of Rhode Island; his brother-in-law John Ward (Joanne) of Belvidere; his grandchildren, Emma, Michael, Paige of Wyckoff, Jessica, Ashley and Jake of Rhode Island; and his siblings, Andreas and Evangelia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
