He is survived by: his wife Andrea Donofrio; his sons, Joseph Donofrio (Kyle Engle) and Andrew Donofrio (Sarah Krom); his grandchildren, Samy Johnson, Davie Donofrio, Joseph Donofrio and Sydnie Donofrio; his great grandchildren, Jolene and Juniper; his sister Maria Gelewski; and his brother-in-law George Gelewski.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Joseph's memory to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation (https://t2t.org), an organization he deeply respected for its support of veterans and first responders.
