He was predeceased by: his father Daniel; and his brother Wayne. He is survived by: his pets, George and Dalia; his wife Ashley; his mother Patricia Parker; his siblings, Paula (Larry), Janine (Dean), Christine and Daniel (Emily); his brothers-in-law, Jon (Eileen) and Travis (Rachel); his siblings' children, Nicholas (Lauren), Sarah (Jamie), Cooper, Matthew, Jonathan, Lily, Samantha, Teddy, Ellie, James and Quinn; and his in-laws, Jonathan and Diane. He is also survived by his family, his many friends.

In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Philip may be made to the American Cancer Society.
