He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Moynihan and John Moynihan; and his brother Jack Moynihan. He is survived by: his spouse Lindsey Winstead Moynihan; his son Daniel J. Moynihan; his stepchildren, Charles L. Bertini III and Elizabeth Bertini Blair; his grandchildren, James, Cameron, Hayden Blair and Kieran Ricci Moynihan; his siblings, Betty Jo White, Helen Marie Zurlo and David Moynihan; and also, J. Kent Blair III and Danielle Ricci. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Christ Church (105 Cottage Pl, Ridgewood, NJ 07450).
