With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Robert E. Johnson of Wyckoff, New Jersey, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Estelle Johnson and Robert G. Johnson; his wife Helen; his children, Stephanie Johnson (Bradley Bender) and Eddie Johnson (Marthe Cherubin); his grandchildren, Ethan and Athena; his siblings, Charles Ostrowski, Ruth Ortman and Elizabeth Jane Magers; and his close friend Robert Clegg. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Browning-Forshay Funeral Home (557 Lafayette Ave, Hawthorne, NJ 07506). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Elizabeth's RC Church (700 Wyckoff Ave, Wyckoff, NJ 07481).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or a charity of one's choice.
