We are sad to announce that on May 8, 2023, at the age of 76, Susan J. Hurd of Wyckoff, New Jersey, born in Hartford, Connecticut passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Susan J. Hurd to pay them a last tribute.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Everett Alfred Hartford and Jeanne Marier Hartford; her children, Judith Ann White, Scott Michael Hurd, Steven, Grace, Brady, Marissa and Emily; and her siblings, Charles, Bernice, Donna Hartford Halle and Thomas (Joanna).

While she loved all, she also had a special place in her heart for her dog Penny who helped her through the agony of a pandemic that took away the hugs and kisses of her grandchildren for a time much too long.

It was Sue's wish that those who loved her donate to RBARI, 2 Shelter Ln, Oakland, NJ 07436, http://www.rbari.org the animal refuge in Oakland, NJ in lieu of flowers.
