He was predeceased by : his parents, Dolores Waters and Harry Waters. He is survived by : his siblings, Kim Waters, Valerie Nebbia (Todd) and Kurt Waters (Lisa); his nieces and nephews, Alex Nebbia, Blake Nebbia (Madison Mather), Cole Warner and Peyton Waters; his cousin Todd Schmitt; and his pet Tito.
