We announce the death of Darlene Gilmore (Alamogordo, New Mexico), who passed away on October 20, 2026, at the age of 83. Darlene will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilhemina Bunker (Minnie) and Richard Bunker; her brothers, Warren and Dick Bunker; and her siblings-in-law, Jan, Nancy Bunker and Howell Everett.

She is survived by: her husband Thomas Gilmore (Tommy); her children, Julie Bond (Patrick) of High Rolls, NM and Darrell Gilmore (Susan) of Alamogordo, NM; her brother Marvin; her sister-in-law Joyce Bunker of Alamogordo, NM; her sister Dorothy Everett of Colorado; and her grandchildren, Candace Muncy (Isaac), Steffanie Korthuis (Johnny), Shelby Brazil (JT) and Shannon Gilmore. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren, as well as nieces and nephews.
