It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Diana Hamilton of Alamogordo, New Mexico, who passed away on March 3, 2026, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Mylon Gronewold and Virginia Gronewold (Hardy); and her siblings, Thomas Gronewold, William Gronewold, Carolann Gronewold and Janice Huber.

She is survived by: her husband Joel Hamilton; her sister Joanne Gronewold of Alamogordo; her mother-in-law Florence Hamilton of Las Cruces; her sister-in-law Sherrell Tyree of Kansas City, MO; her nephew Michael Hunt (Emma); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Riley, Miles and Malcolm; her nieces and nephews, Rejean Gronewold (Ellen), Tom Gronewold (Marijo), Mylon Pigrum and Nathan Telles (Cara); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Nathan Jr. and Anika; her nibling Mareka Perkins; her great-nephews, Tyrell and Xavier; her nephew James Huber (Naomi); her great-nephew Franklin; her great-niece Eleanor; her nephew Benjamin Gaston (Sarah); her great-nephew Grady; her nibling Jordan Huber (Jordan); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Emma and Gunner; and her nieces, Janelle Hernandez (Jamie) and Mariah Hernandez.
