She is survived by: her significant other Toby Cordova; her children, Suzanna Moncayo (Bobby) and Herbert Chavez (Boy Boyz); her mother Rosemary Chavez; and her sisters, Glenda Guerra (Dennis), Karen Henley (David) and Cathy Telles (Arthur).
