He was predeceased by : his parents, Guadalupe Leal Fuentes and Jackie Doris Burns; and his siblings, Carol, Milton, Charles, Don, Rosario (Ross), Robert and Jackie.

He is survived by : his family Dolores; his children, Stefanie, Tracy, Jeremy, David and Erika; his grandchildren, Roman, Jacob, Azriella, Ryan, Elena, Salem, Raelynn, Evelynn and Aiden; and his brother Rudy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Alamogordo Funeral Home (2301 E 1st St, Alamogordo, NM 88310). A memorial service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
