She was predeceased by: her parents, Odell Calloway and Dorothy Calloway; her son Tracy Phillips; and her sisters, Carolyn Rice and Delores Brown.
She is survived by: her husband Larry A. Phillips; her daughter Kendal Phillips; her aunt Velma Holly; and her sisters, Mildred Henderson (George) and Valerie Thompson. She is also survived by family, including nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and neighbors.
