He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Gilliam; his children, Kelly Trent (Charles), Douglas Gilliam (Trina) and Sara Gilliam (Brian); and his grandchildren, Jorden Trent, Sawyer Gilliam, Taylor Trent, Kyah Gilliam, Teeah Gilliam and Grace Gilliam-Cook.
