She is survived by: her husband Sherman Countryman; her daughter Jolene Farley (Anthony Story); her grandchildren, Michael Tannen (Rosemarie Ardire), Dennis Tannen (Janice Tannen) and Bea Dornon (Bryan Dornon); and her stepchildren, John Farley Jr., Leona Miller, Alice Countryman, Judy Nunez, Donna King, Tamatha Witt and Teresa Sierra. She is also survived by partners and children; and a multitude of other family and friends.
