With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stella Duran (Alamogordo, New Mexico), who passed away on February 9, 2026 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Ysabel Zapata Sida; her husband Francisco "Cruz" Duran; her parent Chrestine Guilez Otero; and her siblings, Benji, Jose, David, Louis, Ernest and Irene.
She is survived by: her sisters, Berlinda Duran, Veronica Hernandez, Kathy Sida, Ramona Beckstrom and Joanne Muniz; her children, Frankie Diaz (Dolores), Joe Diaz, Elfego Duran (Liz) and Rosa Wilson (Jesse); and her grandchildren, Isaiah, Savannah, Destinee, Elizabeth, Samantha, Emily, Devin, Josiah, Natalie, Luis, Audry, Aviana, Noah, Aliyah and Andre. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
