He was predeceased by: his parents, Tomie Richmond and Mary Richmond; and his brother Joe Richmond. He is survived by: his wife Ann Gilliam Richmond. He is also survived by nine nephews and twenty-two great nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, December 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Christ Community Church, Little Chapel (2960 N Scenic Dr, Alamogordo, NM 88310).
