She was predeceased by: her parents, Flossie Beatrice Morgan Murphey and William C. Murphey. She is survived by: her sons, Curtis Lance McMillen and Merle William Styck (Bill); her spouse Merwin Walter Styck; her grandchildren, Patrick McMillen (PJ), Curtis McMillen Jr., Angela McMillen, Andria Layton, Briana Styck and Jackson Styck; and her great grandchildren, Lillian, Lacey, Olivia, Madison, Ella, Cade, Lance, Oliver and Isaiah. She is also survived by ten siblings.
She earned a National Administrator Credential and was honored by Alamogordo High School for her contributions to early childhood education.
