He was predeceased by : his father Nick Carrillo. He is survived by : his mother Mary Carrillo; his wife Linda Carrillo; his children, Maria Carrillo and Adrian Carrillo, Jr.; and his sister Suzette Martinez (Ed). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.

A memorial service was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Riverside Funeral Home of Albuquerque (225 San Mateo Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87108). A burial was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Santa Fe National Cemetery (501 N Guadalupe St, Santa Fe, NM 87501). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 10:00 PM at the Riverside Funeral Home (225 San Mateo Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87108).
