He was predeceased by: his father Nick Carrillo. He is survived by: his mother Mary Carrillo; his wife Linda Carrillo; his children, Maria Carrillo and Adrian Carrillo, Jr.; and his sister Suzette Martinez (Ed). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.
