She was predeceased by: her son Javier Zubiate; her parents, Margarita Torres and Pedro Torres; and her sisters, Cuca Torres and Juana Torres.
She is survived by: her husband Nicolás Zubiate; her daughters, Karla Zubiate, Karina Mansfield Zubiate and Karen Zubiate; her grandchildren, Miguel Chavira Zubiate, Lorena Zubiate, Oskar Zubiate and Emrie Zubiate; and her brother Jesus Torres. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A rosary will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 8:00 AM at the Salazar Funeral Homes & Crematory - Salazar Mortuary (400 3rd St SW, Albuquerque, NM 87102). Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 8:30 AM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the San Jose Parish (2401 Broadway Blvd SE, Albuquerque, NM 87102). A burial will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery (924 Menaul Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87107).
