He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Byrd (Jim) and Sylvia Montoya; his grandchildren, David Gallegos (Denise), Dana Resendiz (Johan), Thomas Gallegos (Sara), Daniel Valles (Amalia), Matthew Gallegos (Valerie), Chandler Kensington and Desiree Montoya; and his sisters, Emily Garcia (Rudy) and Lorencita Salas. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
