She was predeceased by: her parents, Simon Garcia and Christina [Mestas] Garcia; her grandmother Juanita Mestas (Montoya); her siblings, Johnny, Frank, Irene, Soraida, Cirilia, Simon Jr. and Selena; and her grandson Christopher.
She is survived by: her husband Frank Gonzales; her daughters, Arleen, Annette and Juanita; and her grandchildren, Therese, Elena, Francesca, Michael, Franceen, Victoria and Aleah. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren and one great-great grandson.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 9:15 AM to 9:45 AM at the Santo Toribio Church. A rosary will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A procession will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Alameda Mortuary (9420 4th St NW, Albuquerque, NM 87114). A burial will be held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Santa Fe National Cemetery (501 N Guadalupe St, Santa Fe, NM 87501).
