She was predeceased by: her husband Zachary Ortiz; her son Charles Ortiz; and her brothers, Richard Durand and Prudencio Durand. She is survived by: her children, Margaret Baron (Ephraim), Carla Sweet (Lawrence), Zachary Ortiz (Anita), Clyde Ortiz and Gary Ortiz (Sue). She is also survived by eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews.
