She was predeceased by: her husband Philip Best; her parents, Daniel Graney and Wilhelmina Graney; her stepdaughters, Gayle McKay and Shelly Kizer; and her daughter Candy Best.
She is survived by: her brother Charles Graney; her children, Phyllis Blair (Raymond) and Paul Best (Kimberly); her grandchildren, Danielle (Urijah), Justin (Allison) and Joshua; her stepchildren, JoAnne and Philip (Aurora); her stepgrandsons, Zachariah (Lacy) and Joshua (Pearlie); and her stepchildren, Michael (Venus) and Dawn. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great- and great-great-grandchildren.
