He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lovato and Rose Lovato; his great grandchild Zayden Garcia; and his in-laws, Willie and Alice Baca.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his daughters, Alicia Baca (Jason) and Erica Lopez (Alfredo); his sister Connie Herrera; his grandchildren, Lawrence (Marissa), Jonathan, Brian, Jordan (Joclyn), Jason Jr., Ashely (Shawn), Kassi (Michael) and Alfredo; and his great grandchildren, Jude, Miguel, Ezekiel, Helena and Athena.
