He was predeceased by: his children, Scott Skinner and Cynthia Skinner. He is survived by: his wife Rosita Skinner; his children, Patrick Skinner (Cheryl), Pamela Skinner Jackson (Jeff), Eddie Avila (Cheri), Jennine Cummings and Melisa Cummings (Nick); and his siblings, Janet Winter, Lynard Skinner and Donna Bower. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
