He was predeceased by: his wife Loretta; his daughter Theresa Martinez (Bonnie); and his siblings, Angie, Isias Jr., Ernest, Tino and Jake.
He is survived by: his son Edward Martinez Jr. (Patricia); his grandchildren, Arcenio Martinez (Vanessa Lucero), Jocelyn, John, Brenda, Angelena, Jessica, Jasmine, Joseph, Jaeden and Joleigh; and his sister Libby Mendez. He is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren.
