He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl and Ruth; and his siblings, Anthony Parks and Lilly Heal. He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his daughter Crystal; his brother Charles (Joan); and his sister-in-law Virginia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
