It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eva Anaya of Albuquerque, New Mexico, who passed away on January 17, 2026, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the sacred silence of farewell, Eva is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her husband Mariano Anaya. She is survived by: her sons, Samuel Anaya (Laura), Albert Anaya (Ramona) and Randolph Anaya (Josie). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren as well as other family members and friends.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, January 27th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the San Jose de Los Duranes Mission Church (2110 Los Luceros Rd NW, Albuquerque, NM 87104).
