She was predeceased by: her parents, Emilio Herrera and Dulcinea Sandoval; and her siblings, Carmen Aragon, Dora Herrera, Josie Herrera, Mary Soto, Theresa Chavez, Gilbert Herrera, Pete Herrera and Eddie Herrera.
She is survived by: her son Bernard Romero; her daughter-in-law Yvonne Romero; her grandchildren, Belinda Casey (Neal Casey), Armando Gallegos, Andres Romero and Brian Romero; her great grandchildren, Maximus and Ellie Casey; and her siblings, Mary Anne Ortiz, Helen Anaya and Leroy Herrera.
