She is survived by: her brother Joe Hobbs; her sister-in-law Bonnie Hobbs; her son Eddie Scurlock; and her daughters-in-law, Nina Scurlock, Connie Scurlock and Jeannette Ward. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages those wishing to honor her memory to consider a donation to the research of Alzheimer's Disease.
