He is survived by: his wife Nancy Valverde; his children, Freddie (Suzette), Rodney (Monica), Dennis (Connie) and Deborah Smithson (John); and his sisters, Dolores Trujillo and Helen Valerio. He is also survived by 22 loving grandchildren; 29 loving great grandchildren; as well as other family members and friends.
