She was predeceased by: her husband Ernest Byers Sr.; and her parents, Adolfo Romero and Lucy Romero of Santa Fe. She is survived by: her sister Betty Dominguez; and her children, Rosalie Carver (Robert), Lilly Drye (Mike), Ernest Byers Jr. (Lori Page), Daniel Byers (Brenda Mendoza) and Steven Byers. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great grandchildren, aunt, nieces, nephews and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Calvary Church (4001 Osuna Rd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109). A burial will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Santa Fe National Cemetery.
