We announce the death of Isabel Lucero of Albuquerque, New Mexico, who passed away on June 8, 2026, at the age of 93. Isabel will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Jacquez and Trinidad Jacquez; her husband Joe Lucero (Billy); her daughter Tina Montoya; and her grandsons, Marvin Montoya and Adrian Lucero.
She is survived by: her children, Trinny Aragon (Agustin), JoAnn Rodriguez (Adrian), Dolores Lucero Chavez (Michael) and Larry Lucero; her siblings, Sylvia Middleton, Mary Espinoza Gutuirrez (Bobby) and Phillip Jacquez (Lita); her brothers-in-law, Gilbert Salazer and Filimon Serrano (Alice); her grandchildren, LeAnn (Antonio), Robert (Sara), James (Erica), Leondra, Julian, Larry Joseph (Jazmin), Starr, Amber, Tiana, Elijah, Gregorio and Lisa; and her great grandchildren, Nathaniel, Ashlee, Janelle, Ivan, Mia, Sunny, Larry Jr. Dorian, Zarriah and Eset. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins, other family members and friends.
