It is with sadness that the passing of Jose Andres Lopez (Albuquerque, New Mexico) is shared. Jose, born on February 12, 1931 in Litchfield Park, Arizona, passed away on October 4, 2026. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Lopez and Manuelita Hernandez; his siblings, Anita and Ignacio; and his granddaughter Nicole Lopez.
He is survived by: his wife Delia Rodrigues Lopez; and his children, Henry (Christina), Kathy (Victor), James (Kathy), Patsey (Albert), Loretta (Randy), Rosie (Ronnie), Christine (Shannon) and Eleanor. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and numerous extended family.
A rosary will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church (9502 4th St NW, Albuquerque, NM 87114). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the same location.
